This has also been the week of shockers typically. Daughtry, LaToya London and Tamyra Gray all went home in the Top 4. Will there be a huge shocker eviction this week? We’ll see.

I have high hopes that tonight will really good! Will it be another "shocking" elimination? I can't take another after Michael Johns last week.

Update: Now posted at the top: David Cook’s version of “Always Be My Baby” – it was a huge risk but it undoubtedly secured his spot in the Top 3 – and he cried too! Very moving performance!

Season 7 — Spoilers

So "American Idol" starts today and 38 of the Top 50 contestants have been revealed on various websites. This is for those of you ONTD members that want to scour the Internet for YouTube clips, Myspace pages, naughty pics (see Antonella Barba).

And OMG.... one contestant was nominated for a Grammy, another was on "Mo’Nique’s Fat Chance", another was about to shoot their debut music video with Britney Spears, and even better..... one contestant DATED BRITNEY SPEARS and went on tour with her and LFO back in the day. And surprise, surprise. So many here have connections to either previous Idol contestants or the music industry in general.
